The service and eligibility
SquadCraft is operated by Oliver Taylor as an individual. It is a free football team-building game for people aged 18 or over. Account age eligibility is self-declared, not identity or age verification. Use accurate account information, a unique password and a manager name you are entitled to use. Keep your login and security links private. Contact support if you believe an account is being misused.
Fictional football, not live sporting data
All 40 players, clubs and six sets of match records are fictional. Scores are derived from those simulated records using the published rules, not live fixtures or real-player performance. The same fixed six simulated rounds are available to everyone. There are no automatic new rounds or scheduled dataset updates. No official league coverage, prediction service or licensed xG/xA feed is offered. Missing xG/xA values are unavailable, not zero.
Building and saving your XI
Select 11 different players in a supported 4-3-3, 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 formation within 100.0 virtual credits. Every team must include one goalkeeper and the required positional counts. The server validates saved teams. You can use the builder without registering. A guest lineup is kept in the server session only when you choose to continue with it, for up to two hours. A valid complete XI is saved to a newly registered account; an incomplete lineup can be finished afterwards. Signing in to an existing account requires review and an explicit save before a carried lineup replaces its team.
Free league and scoring
League entry is a separate choice after saving a valid XI and confirming mailbox access. On first entry, the game locks your lineup, manager name, team name and simulated round-six score. Later team changes do not rewrite that entry. Equal scores share a rank. Your manager and team names and score become public when you join. You can leave the public league from the dashboard without deleting your account. Your original snapshot remains private until account deletion; returning uses that original entry, not a new lineup or score. There is no live competition schedule, entry fee or prize.
No payments or valuable rewards
No betting, stakes, deposits, paid-entry competitions, cash prizes, goods, vouchers, redeemable rewards or withdrawals are offered. Points and credits are game units only. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred for value or exchanged for money, goods or services. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or payment-card collection in the current game.
Fair use and your content
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, impersonate others or submit unlawful material. Do not place sensitive personal information, abusive content or material infringing another person’s rights in public manager or team names. You remain responsible for content you submit. You permit us to store and display that content only as needed to provide your requested account and league features, subject to the Privacy policy and applicable law.
Availability, changes and accounts
The service may be unavailable for maintenance, faults or security incidents; uninterrupted availability and a particular support response time are not guaranteed. Email confirmation and recovery depend on working mail delivery. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address a material breach of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Material changes or discontinuation will be communicated where reasonably practicable; the service will not silently introduce charges or convert virtual units into paid rewards.
You can stop using the game and delete an ordinary account through the dashboard by confirming your password. The Privacy policy explains deletion and the separate treatment of support records and provider copies. Support cases are removed from the live inbox 90 days after closure, on the next site request.
Complaints, liability and applicable law
Send complaints to support@squadcraft.co.uk or the correspondence address above, explaining what happened and the outcome you seek. Do not include passwords or security links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections applicable where they live. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their local courts that applicable law provides. These terms do not claim gambling licensing, regulatory endorsement or advertising-platform approval.
